These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PulseViews website at pulseviews.net and the purchase of PulseViews Pro. By accessing the Site or purchasing Pro, you agree to these Terms.
PulseViews is a product of Baldiv OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("we", "us", "Baldiv OÜ").
PulseViews (the free plugin) is open-source software licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later). It is distributed through the WordPress Plugin Directory at no cost.
You may use, copy, modify, and distribute the free plugin under the terms of the GPL-2.0 license. The full license text is available at gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html.
We provide the free plugin "as is" with no warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
PulseViews Pro is also licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later. Purchasing Pro grants you:
Your purchase does not create a subscription. There are no recurring fees.
Because PulseViews Pro is GPL-licensed software, you are legally permitted to share or redistribute it. However, doing so means others can also redistribute it freely, which is why we ask you not to — it directly affects our ability to support and develop the plugin.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. in EUR (Euro). Prices shown on the Site are in Euro (€) and inclusive of any applicable VAT where we are required to collect it.
Upon successful payment you will receive an email containing a download link for your PulseViews Pro ZIP file. Delivery is typically within seconds. If you do not receive your email within 15 minutes, contact us at pulseviews.net/about.
Because PulseViews Pro is a digital download delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been issued.
Exceptions: if the software is fundamentally broken and we cannot provide a fix within 14 days, we will issue a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of purchase to discuss your situation.

The PulseViews name, logo, and website design are trademarks and copyrighted works of Baldiv OÜ. The plugin code is open-source (GPL-2.0-or-later). Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PulseViews software and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baldiv OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of PulseViews, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of PulseViews Pro shall not exceed the amount you paid for PulseViews Pro.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site or Plugin after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
